Starting Thursday, August 27, the Branch has reopened to its regular hours with limited services for a few weeks while construction is paused. The interior construction of a new Makerspace will resume in mid-September. Stay tuned for more updates.

Aranet4 HOME sensor measures carbon dioxide (CO2) level, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure.

A collection of books, games and photographs to encourage conversations and pleasant reminiscing.

A backpack with binoculars and guidebooks for bird identification. A partnership with Hamilton Public Library and Birds Canada.

Free admission for you and your vehicle passengers (up to six people) into HCA sites year-round. Valid for one week.

Day-use entry to 10 parks and the Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area during their operating seasons for up to six people in one vehicle (or walking/biking in as a group). It is not valid at Elora Quarry Conservation Area. Operating seasons vary by park. The card can only be used during all four seasons in participating areas

The NaturePlus Pass provides access to Conservation Areas across the Niagara Peninsula watershed. It offers free entry for one vehicle and its occupants to parks where fees apply including Ball's Falls, Binbrook, Chippawa Creek, Long Beach, Rockaway.

Complimentary day-use access for one vehicle and its occupants at more than 100 provincial parks. Valid until posted hours of closing during the operating season. Visit ontarioparks.ca for a list of park operating dates and information on day use.

Free admission for up to four adults. Admission for children/students is always free. Valid for 14 days during AGH's regular operating hours.

Identifies the operating cost and amount of electricity used by plug-in devices around the home.

A reader that can play daisy discs (digital audio book for people with visual impairments) from the Centre for Equitable Library Access. May or may not accept materials loaded in from an SD card or connected to a USB cord.

Launchpads are tablet devices with closed format software, and pre-loaded games and ebooks. There is no need to create an account, connect to wifi or download any additional software. To access the content, users only need to turn the device on and go.

With this pass, Library cardholders and guests (maximum 4 visitors) are provided free admission to the Royal Ontario Museum during regular public hours.
